Tiger Tail ice cream is a Canadian thing – although it’s slowly gaining ground in other countries. It’s not a well-known extravagantly popular flavour – barely mass-marketed, and often only really found in small business, homemade ice-cream parlours – but it is delicious – vanilla, orange and ribbons of black licorice (the formula, more or less) - )
