in spite of squalls and storms
two  crackled leaves still cling on 
a surprise to all

    I love the amazement in the clinging wonder, despite the storm - speaks of the tenacity of weathering the elements - and in this case, also of how it can happen in relationships too -

    great energy here in this haiku :)
