Sunday's Whirligig # 233

wearing her favourite pyjama suit

carefully stitching doilies

humming softly to herself on the porch

she watched her old neighbour planting

rows of begonias

making a mental note to assist her later on

with cleaning her dirty automobile

when suddenly

her waters broke

mio dio

stai calmo non ti agitare

THIS WEEK'S WORDS come from "Filling Station" by Elizabeth Bishop:
