dressed in chamois cloth trousers
straight out of 'deliverance' country
became oblivious to the smugness
of the lofty top notchers
just another johnny come lately
going nowhere they jeered
This is a clever piece! I also went for a description of an apple-chaser but I did not manage to work the word into my poem only into the title bravo!
