the siren rang out
the tail light
he forgot to fix the tail light
this could be it
a death sentence
an instant execution
he got a ticket
lucky this time
but for how long ?
It is sad to see a country having to endure an unjust police force, especially if the colour of skin is considered a crime and unacceptable in the laws eyes..
Besides George Floyd we have others from here not making the regular time to die. I remember vividly a young lady, Black, who was stopped for changing lanes without signaling. She wasn't happy about that and ended up in the local jail. She needed her meds and wasn't getting them, ended up hanging herself in the cell. Prairie View, Texas, a college town north of Houston. Makes me wonder how many of those student shuddered for every driving mistake they made, would they be stopped. ..
